About the Role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor at Kohl's is a critical role that requires a unique blend of leadership, analytical, and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying external and internal theft trends within assigned locations, executing effective theft prevention strategies, and leading initiatives to reduce shortage and improve company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies to minimize financial losses and protect company assets.
  • Collaborate with store personnel to address opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and physical security inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with store leaders, law enforcement, and local network groups to stay informed about emerging threats and best practices.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of honesty and integrity within the organization, promoting a positive and secure work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, criminology, or security management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary Information
