About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team of healthcare professionals in Cardiology. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with cardiologists and other medical specialists to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include managing patients in the clinic and hospital settings, performing routine follow-ups, acute visits, and post-procedure care. You will also be involved in med refill management and collaboration with clinic nurses on patient calls.

  • Routine follow-ups and acute visits for patients with various cardiac conditions.
  • Post-procedure care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
  • Medication titration and management for patients with heart failure and hypertension.

In addition, you may have opportunities to participate in Electrophysiology (EP) duties, including device management and EP patient care in the clinic setting.
