Dialysis Technician Job Description

At Davita, Inc, we are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of dialysis treatment to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and dialysis machine setup.
  • Provide direct one-on-one patient care for a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average 3 times a week, providing personalized care and support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
