Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and dialysis machine setup.
- Provide direct one-on-one patient care for a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment experience.
- Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average 3 times a week, providing personalized care and support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
