Applicants should possess a solid foundation in RV repair and maintenance. Proficiency in appliance servicing, electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC is advantageous. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret repair orders accurately
- Diagnose, repair, and install RV components and accessories as required
- Conduct electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of parts and materials utilized in repairs
- Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards
- Complete necessary paperwork for warranty claims and parts orders
- May assist in customer walk-through orientations and perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- One to two years of experience in RV technology preferred, though candidates with related technical backgrounds will be considered
- Experience with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must provide personal basic tools and have reliable transportation
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential
- Willingness to work weekends during peak seasons
