This position offers an excellent opportunity to become a Culinary Specialist within our establishment. In this role, you will be essential in preparing and presenting dishes to our patrons while adhering to our culinary guidelines, food specifications, and timing protocols. You will report directly to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, ensuring efficient operations in the kitchen.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepares, cooks, and presents meals to order in accordance with company standards and recipes
  • Adheres to proper preparation methods and maintains food temperatures in compliance with regulations
  • Organizes workspaces, assists with inventory management, and upholds cleanliness
  • Handles special requests, maintains inventory levels, and monitors food cost management
  • Responds to guest inquiries promptly and maintains exceptional service standards
  • Collaborates with the team and complies with all safety and food handling protocols
Key Functions
  • Ability to lift and transport supplies weighing up to 50 lbs and navigate the kitchen efficiently
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills and basic mathematical proficiency
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling
Position Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and follow directions
