Maintenance Manager

We invite you to consider a role as a Maintenance Manager with TheMasonGroup. Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the assembly, installation, and upkeep of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Diagnosing machinery issues and executing routine preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Interpreting and adhering to technical instructions and operational manuals.
  • Establishing a schedule for the inspection, servicing, and testing of machinery.
  • Performing cleaning, repairs, and installations of equipment and components as necessary.
  • Utilizing a variety of hand and power tools effectively.
  • Ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Conducting general maintenance tasks on facilities as required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver objects of various weights.
  • Capability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb, balance, stand, and walk for extended periods while maintaining physical coordination.
  • Willingness to work in diverse environmental conditions, including exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance mechanic role or similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with operating hand and power tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to pass a mechanical skills assessment.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications.
  • Excellent physical dexterity.
  • Effective troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

  • Collaborating effectively as a team member across various departments.
  • Managing internal and external resources and relationships.
  • Regularly assessing processes and suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication throughout the organization.
  • Proposing innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Employing strong problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques.
