House of Hope Inc is seeking an experienced Masters Level Clinician to join its team as a Substance Abuse Therapist. This role requires knowledge in treating individuals with substance abuse and mental health illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients, including updates as needed.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and document results.
  • Provide education and orientation to clients on relevant topics.
  • Facilitate counseling groups to support client recovery.
  • Offer crisis intervention services to address urgent situations.

The ideal candidate will have a 60-hour Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, and at least two years of experience working in the field of addiction and mental health. Experience working with the substance abuse population is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, House of Hope Inc provides benefits such as dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
  • At least two years of experience in addiction and mental health.
  • Ability to interact positively with clients and facilitate groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
