Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant

Caldera Care is seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team for a 13-week assignment in the Raymond, WA area.

Job Summary:

The COTA will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary treatment team to provide occupational therapy services to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility and possess a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessments, goal development, and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
  • Conduct functional capacity examinations and provide recommendations for assistive technology and home modifications.
  • Develop and implement driver rehabilitation programs for residents.
Requirements:
  • Valid WA Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials in good standing.
  • Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
