Physiotherapist - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at Next Move Healthcare. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care through the development and implementation of individualized therapy programs.
About the RoleThis is a PRN (as-needed) position, requiring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients according to individualized therapy plans.
- Modify therapy programs and goals as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation and enter charges correctly.
- Educate patients, families, and staff about the therapy process and patient care.
- Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers during therapy sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with continuous education and evidence-based practice to advance clinical skills.
- Comply with organizational, state, and national regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy, plus 2 years of relevant experience above the minimum qualifications.
- Less than 1 year of direct experience in the field.
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits.
