About the Role

As an Audiologist at West Texas Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic services, including hearing evaluations, OAEs, ABRs, and APDs. You will also be responsible for hearing aid fitting, orientation, counseling, and services, as well as tinnitus evaluations and management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide educational information regarding peripheral and/or central auditory impairments and the prevention of such impairments
  • Coordinate programs for the hearing impaired with other departments of the center and outside facilities
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations towards standards for accreditation
  • Administer all services in a timely and professional manner to meet the needs of patients
  • Responsible for documenting and charging for patient services
Qualifications

A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Audiology, Licensure to practice Audiology in the State of Texas
