As a Robust RPA Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business processes and improve efficiency. Your technical expertise in RPA tools such as Blue Prism will enable you to develop and configure automated workflows, implement bots in non-production/production environments, and monitor their performance to ensure operational stability.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design scalable solutions that meet business needs. You will also collaborate with clients to advise on best practices for RPA implementation and scaling, and recommend process improvements or additional automation opportunities.

Your strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps principles will enable you to proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations, leveraging feedback from users and stakeholders to refine tools and processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting technical users, conducting requirements analysis, and troubleshooting complex issues. Additionally, they will possess skills in IT Service Management, Incident & Problem management, and knowledge of standard methodologies related to security, performance, and disaster recovery.

We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Short-Term Disability, Accident, Term Life, Whole Life, and 401k for all W2 Consultants.
