Overview

West Anaheim Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare, is a 219-bed acute-care hospital dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare to the community.

Our comprehensive services include general medical and surgical inpatient care, emergency services, surgical services, behavioral health, and diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.

You will be the first line interface with customers, ensuring their imaging needs are met successfully.

You will participate in PI/QC activities and be responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current CRT issued by CDPH
  • Obtain fluoroscopy permit by CDPH within 6 months of hire
  • Venipuncture preferred
  • ARRT-R is required
  • Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations
  • Current BCLS (AHA)
  • Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES
  • At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
