Position Overview
This role is designed for adaptable nursing professionals who thrive in a high-energy environment with shifting priorities. The position provides an opportunity to engage with various ICU specialties, including Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Burn/Trauma ICU, Neuromedicine ICU, Respiratory Special Care, and Surgical Progressive Care. Candidates will cultivate a broad skill set and maintain up-to-date knowledge in critical care.
Key Responsibilities

- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage unit needs effectively.
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities and actively engage in unit/service initiatives.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
A Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program is required, along with a valid New York State RN license in good standing. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience in acute care settings.
Compensation
The hourly pay rate for this position is $49.31. This range reflects the minimum and maximum compensation, with individual salaries determined by factors such as market data, education, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
Work Schedule
This position offers full-time opportunities with day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays as per unit policy.
