Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical evaluations and develop treatment plans in occupational therapy for participants.
  • Evaluate participant conditions and formulate customized treatment strategies.
  • Incorporate treatment plans into the comprehensive Plan of Care established by the team.
  • Educate participants on appropriate care practices and the use of support and exercise programs.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and engage in patient care planning.
  • Complete necessary documentation and uphold the standards of the therapy department.
  • Execute all skilled occupational therapy procedures as prescribed by physicians.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • National Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • State registration to practice occupational therapy.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with elderly populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in occupational therapy is preferred.
  • Experience in a geriatric environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
