About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Pega Architect to lead our technical team and drive the design and implementation of Pega applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of Pega applications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and architectural diagrams.
  • Facilitate design workshops and architectural discussions with stakeholders.
  • Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Pega development and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega version updates and enhancements.
  • Experience with Pega 8.x and associated technologies.
  • Professional certification in Pega (e.g., Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect) is highly recommended.
  • Proven experience in architecture, design, and development of Pega applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and projects.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year
