Role Overview:

The Workplace Lead – End User Infrastructure is pivotal in delivering Enterprise Workplace services, ensuring optimal daily operations and compliance with established service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of endpoint management platforms.
  • Manage user environments, including configuration and oversight of client desktop experiences.
  • Provide advanced support for Windows clients and core applications, focusing on performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Establish and maintain a robust client endpoint security posture, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Develop a Mobile Device Management strategy through thorough analysis of existing IT infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the rollout of new workplace services while maintaining existing offerings.
  • Design and implement Modern Workplace Services utilizing the latest Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Azure AD, and Windows 10.
  • Support customer projects aimed at transitioning to cloud-based Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Continuously advance knowledge in Windows 10 and Cloud Services.
  • Address operational incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
  • Participate in problem review meetings and provide insights for root cause analyses as needed.
  • Maintain a secure operational environment by adhering to Change Management processes for configuration changes.
  • Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert in project-related activities.
  • Proactively manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal IT service performance.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the team.

Compliance Requirements:

  • Adhere to Swissport IT policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with ITSM standards and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
  • Follow IT Security standards and other relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Implement the Corporate QHSE Manual effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Fundamental training in computer science, with additional qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in workplace management, particularly with Microsoft technologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Azure AD, Intune device management, endpoint security, and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Proven experience with Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural matrix organization.
  • Broad understanding of business environments and factors influencing strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
