Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Mitigation Crew Chief to join our team at SERVPRO of Southern Cuyahoga. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading a team of water mitigation technicians and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of water mitigation technicians to ensure that restoration projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with project managers to ensure that all customer needs are met and that projects are completed on time.
  • Facilitate a positive customer experience by ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of water mitigation technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Document all job activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills required.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
