Michael Page is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Greenville. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial and medical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage project resources to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Develop and manage personnel to achieve project goals
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular project meetings to ensure work is on schedule and within budget
  • Manage budget and financial reporting to ensure project financial health
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive site management experience with a GC
  • Experience with ground-up commercial or medical construction projects (preferably up to $20M)
  • Applicable project management software knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Base salary of $100,000-$125,000 with flexibility contingent on experience
