Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project team and stakeholders in effectively managing schedules to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Collaborate directly with schedulers from diverse general contractors and design-build teams to assess schedule risks.

• Maintain the overarching milestone program and ensure that milestone definitions are clearly articulated and agreed upon by all stakeholders.

• Coordinate project scope with team members and trades.

• Develop detailed schedules (pull-plans) that align with project milestones.

• Establish logical scheduling constraints based on discussions with task owners and teams.

• Analyze critical and near-critical path activity sequences and facilitate review sessions with stakeholders.

• Generate schedule reports and analyze indicators in line with the project execution plan.

• Identify key milestones, critical approvals, and long lead procurement items.

• Evaluate actual progress through site inspections and validate contractors' methods for measuring and reporting against the schedule.

• Detect schedule changes, gaps, and trends while proactively addressing issues with stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on schedule deliverables.

• Conduct schedule review meetings with customers and stakeholders.

• Communicate and present schedule status to various stakeholders and assist in resolving negative float issues.

• Recommend corrective actions and develop recovery plans when delays are anticipated or occur.

• Understand the interdependencies of multiple projects and ensure that their schedules are cohesive.

• Prepare and present a consolidated progress report to senior management.

• Provide alternative schedules for projects as necessary.

• Share lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.

• Minimum of five years of experience with Primavera P6 in medium to large construction projects.

• Proven experience in a leadership capacity.

• Experience with large capital construction projects, particularly in managing semiconductor basebuild project schedules, is preferred.

• Strong understanding of float and the ability to connect scope effectively.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Primavera and familiarity with typical construction sequencing and logic throughout the lifecycle of large construction projects.

• Experience in schedule management, including the development and integration of multiple project schedules.

• Candidates with backgrounds in high-tech manufacturing, electrical systems, or pharmaceuticals are preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong decision-making capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in utilizing information technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Expertise in Primavera scheduling products (P6) and report preparation.

• AACE, PMI, or CMAA certification is a plus.

• Ability to effectively coordinate discussions with stakeholders to resolve issues.
