  • Center Success: Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, driving growth and excellence in our programs.
  • Community Building: Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners, building a strong network of support and resources for our centers and families.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our families and children.
  • Certifications: Hold CPR and First Aid Certification or be willing to obtain, and meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential: Possess an Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or be willing to obtain, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence in early childhood education.
  • Physical Abilities: Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children and staff.
  • Communication Skills: Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with our families and staff.
