About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team at CarMax. As an Automotive Refinisher, you will play a critical role in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cosmetic inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring attention.
  • Repair and replace small parts to ensure vehicles are in good working order.
  • Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to restore vehicles to their original condition.
  • Follow and promote CarMax's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional results and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in automotive refinishing, detailing, or a related field.
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, standing, and walking.
  • Customer focus and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
