Key Responsibilities- Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather information and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
- Prepare accurate and complete tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
- Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
- Experience completing individual tax returns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
