Job Summary

As a Groundskeeper with the State of Arizona, you will be responsible for performing routine and semi-skilled grounds maintenance tasks at City facilities, parks, roadways, and landscaped areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain parks, basins, parkways, roadways, medians, trees, recreational and park facilities, and other landscaped areas at the City's parks, streets, and related infrastructure.
  • Perform a variety of tasks including mowing, pruning, and trimming vegetation, as well as cleaning and maintaining facilities and equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of service and quality in grounds maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
