Job Title: Network Manager/SME

At Smart IT Frame LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Manager/SME to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving the efficiency of our current network environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network infrastructure to meet business needs
  • Configure and support network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve problems
  • Develop and implement network security policies and procedures
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for network-related issues

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in core networking
  • Proven experience in a network administrator role
  • Hands-on experience with networking protocols, routing, and switching
  • Excellent knowledge of network management, control, and monitoring
  • Expertise in networking protocols and experience with firewalls, VPNs, and remote implementation
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
