We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Behaviorist to join our team at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital. As a board-certified or board-eligible Veterinary Behaviorist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their owners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans for patients with behavioral issues
- Collaborate with our veterinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide recommendations for patient care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest behavioral medicine techniques and research
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures related to behavioral medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in veterinary behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
