Job Title: CT Technologist

Summit Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join their team in Charleston, South Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in a fast-paced teaching hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and be able to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in a level 1 trauma setting
  • ARRT (R) (CT) certification and SCRQSA (R) (CT) certification
  • Siemens experience and trauma 1 experience
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
