Retail Sales Associate

At RaceTrac, we're committed to making our guests' lives simpler and more enjoyable. As a Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and selling merchandise to meet our guests' needs.

• Guest Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests, answering questions and making product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and exterior areas.
• Food and Beverage: Adhere to food safety regulations, ensure that all food and beverage offers are available, and clean food preparation areas and equipment to RaceTrac standards.
• Inventory and Stocking: Stock shelves and coolers, take inventory of shelf items, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient restocking and ordering.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of work experience preferred, with a background in a high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment.
• Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repeatedly bend, stand, and reach while on the job, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to $15.50 per hour for select locations and shifts, with daily pay available for eligible employees.
