We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team at Guitar Center.

Job Overview

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of musical instruments and develop your skills in repair and maintenance. About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of guitar repair and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that their instruments are repaired to the highest standards.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
  • Assist in the maintenance of store inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers in a meaningful way
  • Develop knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership
Requirements
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products (desired)
