Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient conditions by taking comprehensive health histories
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to doctor's orders
- Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs, intake, and output, symptoms, and reactions to medications and treatments
- Provide physical care and emotional support to patients and their families
- Comply with all safety regulations and standards
- Contribute to team efforts to deliver high-quality patient care
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school (preferred)
- Current state RN licensure in good standing
- At least two years of experience in a hospital behavioral health setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric nursing requirements and regulations
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work autonomously, interact with coworkers effectively, and collaborate to provide high-quality patient care
