Maintenance Operations Specialist

Knowhirematch seeks a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance functions, driving efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Evaluate equipment failures and collaborate with the team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and strategies to meet business objectives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Coordinate with corporate engineering and external partners to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 10 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a power plant or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a proven ability to supervise technical and administrative personnel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CMMS software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
