We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our dynamic team at Medical City Dallas. As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our radiology department.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Operate and maintain CT scanners and other equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- State Registered Radiologic Technician (RRT) certification.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
- Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
