Position Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and results-driven Project Management Analyst to become a vital part of our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role plays a crucial part in facilitating our project management initiatives, ensuring that all project activities are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within financial constraints.

Location:
This position is primarily based in Northern Virginia, with options for remote work and occasional in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee workflow, track progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
2. Coordinate internal resources and enhance communication between clients and both administrative and technical teams.
3. Assist in the formulation of budgets and schedules that align with project specifications.
4. Develop and uphold management plans in accordance with contractual obligations.
5. Compile and coordinate input from team members for various weekly reports.
6. Maintain work breakdown structures and create diagrams, graphs, and charts to aid in problem-solving.
7. Support senior team members in achieving project milestones and fulfilling client requirements.
8. Monitor and report on performance and progress utilizing analytical methods to validate costs and outcomes.

Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
3. Familiarity with MS Project is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:
1. Candidates must be local to the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) area and able to commute to the client site.
2. Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain security clearance.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
