Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Dance Instructor to join our team at Creativities Studio in Greenwich, CT. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive dance lessons for children aged 1-14, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with our team of professional dancers and educators.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver dance lessons that cater to different age groups and skill levels
  • Develop and implement curriculum that promotes creativity, self-expression, and physical fitness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in dance education
Requirements
  • Strong background in dance and music education
  • Teaching experience in dance, preferably with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Passion for educating and inspiring children through dance
