About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned lawyer to join our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure team as a Cloud Counsel. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading cloud provider and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure business, ensuring compliance with governance policies, ethics, and country-specific laws and regulations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business unit, its proprietary information, services, and technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Advise on government and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries and provide legal solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience providing legal support relating to cloud services.
  • Experience with cybersecurity matters is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new issues and subject areas quickly.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Admitted to practice in the US.
