About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Ascension St. John Owasso. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous RN experience required, L&D experience preferred.
