RN South Telemetry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Mary Medical Center. As a member of our telemetry unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including ECG, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Document patient information, including medical history, allergies, and treatment plans.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
