Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients in the Med Surg department
  • Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, and arranging testing and admissions
  • Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, utilizing phone triage when necessary
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
  • A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
  • At least two years of full-time MedSurg or equivalent Acute Care RN experience
