Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at The Grand Marlin Restaurant Group. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our guests.

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to each guest, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Order Taking and Execution: Take food and drink orders, demonstrate a strong understanding of our menu, and execute orders with precision and accuracy.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beverage menu, including wines, beers, and specialty drinks, to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Point of Sale Operations: Accurately and efficiently enter orders into our POS system, ensuring seamless service and minimizing wait times.
• Service Standards: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• ServeSafe Certification: Possess or be willing to obtain ServeSafe certification to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
• Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods, lift supplies, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
