Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings. This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our staff.

Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner, communicating progress and completion with residents and supervisors
  • Execute apartment turnover tasks, including painting and repairs
  • Install and repair fixtures and outlets, replace and adjust lighting
  • Conduct or assist with periodic property and apartment inspections
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, prioritizing their needs and concerns
  • Participate in company training, activities, and events to enhance your skills and engagement
  • Collaborate with the rest of the staff to contribute to the company mission
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative nature and ability to work effectively with others
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or construction
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge related to facility maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar programs
