- Provide Safe and Competent Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, adapting to rapidly changing patient conditions and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient care delivery.
- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Implement Evidence-Based Practice: Integrate unit- and service-wide evidence-based practice resources into clinical practice, continuously developing personal practice competencies, skills, and knowledge.
- Delegate Care Appropriately: Delegate tasks to other healthcare professionals as needed, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to established quality improvement studies and activities, assisting in the development and implementation of patient safety and quality measures.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing
- Experience: 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Licensure: Permanent, full, and unrestricted license to practice professional nursing in Georgia
Compensation: $33.80+ per hour
