Job Description:

The Mechanical Equipment Operator will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and devices in our buildings. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and devices
  • Perform preventive maintenance as assigned by the Regional Engineer
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance services, equipment inventory, general supply and parts inventory
  • Monitor parts inventories for all maintenance items on a monthly basis
  • Read and comprehend trade-related blueprints, line diagrams, and schematics

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated competence in building engineering
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range:

This position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a generous paid time off policy.
