Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of our Account Executives, focusing on new business development and digital sales. They will collaborate with the General Sales Manager to set rates, manage inventory, and develop strategic plans to maintain a strong presence in the Houston advertising market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of television sales management experience
  • Demonstrated success in cross-platform selling and digital sales
  • Strong knowledge of TV & Digital sales, research tools, vendor development, sales promotion, and social media
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate the sales team
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate staff towards their fullest potential
  • College degree and strong computer skills preferred
