About the RoleAs a Healthcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care. You will work closely with our Nurse Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents and patients.
Responsibilities- Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
To be considered for this role, you must have a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in this state. Ideal candidates will possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting.
