Telecom Underground Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our Telecom Underground team at Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation.

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
• Clearly communicate with team members
• Complete daily production reports
• Assist with site restoration efforts
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Have a valid state-issued driver's license
• Have a High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Have previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks (preferred)
