Job Summary

As a Ready Mix Concrete Driver for CEMEX, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to various construction sites. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites
  • Ensure safe and efficient transportation of concrete
  • Communicate with customers and plant personnel to confirm delivery details
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the truck
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Acceptable CSA
  • MVR - No DUI's or DWI's in the last 5 years, no more than 3 moving violations in the previous 3 years
  • High School diploma, preferred
Working Conditions

This role requires continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors. You must wear protective equipment while at the location.

Physical Requirements

This role requires heavy physical activity, including walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree.
