Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Principal Service Solutions. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, parts, and supplies throughout our warehouse and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack and inspect incoming materials, checking for damage or defects
  • Sort and store materials, parts, and supplies in designated areas
  • Pull materials and supplies to fill orders for multiple divisions
  • Prepare finished products for shipment
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Process stock transport orders between warehouses
  • Initiate and conduct cycle counts
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within SAP
  • Ship products using automated systems and handwritten air waybills
  • Create and change bin locations in SAP material management
  • Process returns merchandise authorizations
  • Book and process field service engineer sales orders
  • Monitor good receipts with demand and arrange delivery
  • Prepare export documentation and arrange transport
  • Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Comply with all corporate safety requirements and directives
  • Use required personal protective equipment
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Standard driver's license
  • One or more years of related experience in a cleanroom and/or warehouse position within a high-tech manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds regularly
  • Ability to use hand tools and navigate moving a hand cart with expensive equipment
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer and look into a computer monitor for long periods of time
