As a Regional Manager at In Charge Electric, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Eastern Division, including managing multiple branch locations, team satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection while maintaining costs within budget.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make quick and effective decisions. You will be responsible for building, leading, and empowering a team of Branch Managers, creating team synergy, and continuously seeking ways to improve the region's performance and operations.
