Integrated Wound Care is seeking a Part Time Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring wound healing progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds and create personalized treatment plans
- Monitor and document wound healing progress, ensuring accurate medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Provide education to patients on wound care, prevention, and management
- Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and other necessary procedures
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Valid state license and certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- Experience in wound care preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Average hourly rate of $150-$200
- Administrative support for a focus on wound care
- Flexibility and autonomy with a healthy work-life balance
- Malpractice insurance provided
- No call, no weekends, and no hospital rounding responsibilities
