Giant Eagle is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Barista to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store appearance and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute plans to increase sales and customer engagement
- Supervise and train baristas to ensure excellent customer service and product quality
- Monitor and maintain store inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
