Position Overview:
We are in search of dedicated Radiologic Technicians.

Compensation:
Starting salary of $20.70 per hour with a sign-on bonus and day shift availability.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Radiologic Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under the guidance of qualified Physicians. Your duties will include:
  • Conducting imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols.
  • Adhering to established radiation safety standards.
  • Providing direct patient care to individuals across all age groups, ensuring a respectful and courteous experience.
  • Explaining examination processes thoroughly to patients.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and safe work environment.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Radiology department within a hospital setting.
  • Compliance with hospital attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Alignment with the organization's core values, mission, and vision in all job functions.
  • Commitment to ongoing self-education and participation in relevant training programs.
  • Demonstrated competency in patient care for individuals of varying ages and needs.
  • Possession of a Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology (Required).

Certifications:
Certified Radiography (R)(ARRT)

Skills Required:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in grammar and spelling.
  • Basic computer skills.

Working Environment:
The role involves working in a well-lit, air-conditioned environment with moderate noise levels. Candidates may encounter:
  • Limited exposure to hazardous substances and body fluids.
  • Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads.

Physical Requirements:
To effectively perform the job, candidates must have:
  • Near normal vision with clarity and color distinction.
  • Good manual dexterity and coordination.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Physical Demands:
This role requires:
  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Occasional sitting and lifting of weights over 20 lbs with assistance.
  • Frequent reaching and twisting movements.
